What we sell
Our range covers the two tiers that matter most in this industry. Raw hair is unprocessed and cuticle-aligned, which is why it tangles less and lasts longest. Premium virgin hair has not been chemically processed either, and is the everyday choice for a full, natural finish. Both are offered as bundles and as lace-front units, with ready-to-ship stock alongside made-to-order pieces.
Lace is where most disappointment happens, so we stock HD lace — the thinnest lace available, which melts into the skin without heavy tinting. Many premium units come pre-plucked with pre-bleached knots for a ready-to-wear finish; check the product description for the exact specification of the piece you are buying.
The standards we hold stock to
- Texture and density choice
- We stock 150% for natural everyday fullness, 180% for volume, and 200% and above for maximum density. Where a unit is single donor, we say so, because one donor means uniform texture, bleachability and cuticle direction.
- It must take colour
- Because the hair is unprocessed, it can be bleached to a level 10 and heat-styled the way your own hair can. We still recommend professional colouring — the hair will outlive the wig if it is treated well.
- It must last
- With proper care, our bundles and wigs are built to last between one and three years or more. Lace closures and frontals wear faster, which is normal for the material rather than a fault, and our wig care guide explains how to wash, detangle and store a unit to get that life out of it.
How an order works
Ready-to-ship pieces are inspected and packed within 1–3 business days, then sent by express delivery, which takes 1–5 business days depending on where you are. UK standard delivery is free and runs Monday to Saturday; the shipping and returns page sets out the international and custom timeframes in full.
If nothing in the catalogue matches what you want, send us a custom order request with the style, length, colour and budget you have in mind. We source or build the unit to that specification and email you a payment link once it is confirmed, so you are never charged for something you have not agreed.
Every sold-out style can also be recreated as a custom unit, and we offer free virtual styling consults if you would rather talk the shade and texture through with someone before ordering.
